ForgeFabricCo is a custom clothing manufacturing company based in Sialkot, Pakistan. We specialize in custom sportswear, martial arts uniforms, gloves, shorts, and other apparel manufacturing services for individuals and brands worldwide.
By using our services, you confirm that you agree to these terms.
2. Orders and Custom Manufacturing
All orders placed with ForgeFabricCo are custom manufactured according to customer requirements. Therefore:
- Customers must provide correct sizes, designs, logos, and specifications.
- Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
- ForgeFabricCo is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Production time depends on order quantity and design complexity.
3. Pricing and Payments
- All prices are quoted in agreed currency (USD, GBP, EUR, or PKR).
- Orders usually require an advance payment before production begins.
- Remaining payment must be completed before shipment.
- Customers are responsible for any bank transfer fees, customs duties, or import taxes in their country.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship worldwide using reliable courier services.
- Delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping method.
- ForgeFabricCo is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped.
5. Returns and Refunds
Because all products are custom made:
- We do not accept returns for custom orders unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If there is a defect or wrong product delivered, customers must contact us within 5 days of receiving the order.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed after reviewing the issue.
6. Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, and branding provided by customers remain the property of the customer. ForgeFabricCo will not use or sell customer designs without permission.
ForgeFabricCo reserves the right to use product photos for portfolio and marketing unless the customer requests otherwise.
7. Product Quality
We use high-quality materials and professional stitching techniques. However, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur due to fabric, printing, or screen differences.
8. Limitation of Liability
ForgeFabricCo will not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Delays caused by shipping companies
- Customs issues in the destination country
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
9. Privacy Policy
Customer information such as name, email, phone number, and address is used only for order processing and communication. We do not share customer information with third parties except shipping companies for delivery purposes.
